Packing procedures
Step 1. Wrap the window corner with hard and thick corrugated board, tightened with protection film.
Step 2. Label all windows and door size, quantity, project name and floor number. Then Put products on iron steel pallets.
Step 3. All goods be fixed by steel bar with screws one by one to the iron pallets, nsure the unshakable the whole pallet. Wrap the whole pallet with protection film to avoid water and dust.
Step 4. Use folk lift to load the goods into the container, insert pallet space with air bags to ensure the 100% safe.transportation. Container loading process with careful inspection.

Q1:Are there any problems with the glass inside?Having steam or going foggy?
A: Usually, we use 5mm+9A/12A+5mm double glazed glass, the glass unit surrounded with high rank silicon sealant, 100% no foggy and no steam go inside.
Q2: All these doors and windows come with frames to mount on walls?
A: Yes.
Q3: The glass is broken with no reason, I'm afraid the rest will be broken?
A: all the glass we provided are security tempered glass. No worry on this point.
Q4: What type of fly screen you could supply?
A: We have three styles of fly screen. Material :Nylon, Steel and Kingkong net for your choice
1) roller style for casement window
2) sliding style for sliding window and door
3) folding style for casement door.
Q5: PVC and Aluminum, which one is better?
A: It's hard to simply say which one is better. Each one has its advantages. PVC is good at insulation and more economic. Aluminum is better in hardness and security.
Q6: What kinds of packing do you have?
A: Usually we supply 3 kinds of packing for your choice .
1) Bubble bag ( Full Container Load Suggested , it can save more space,maximum load quantity )
2) Bubble bag + wooden frame (Regularly used Packing )
3) Bubble bag + wooden case (Less Container Load Suggested ,avoid rough handling broken in transit ) .
