Doors and windows are heavy compared to other products, so you need to use the forklift,in the container, will have worker to put the window door in the correct place,and then we will have enough space to load more products.  

Maintenance:

1) Keep the track clean.

2) Beware of heavy objects hitting the track.

3) Wash with non-erosion cleaning solution.

1.Q: How to get Quotation ?

A: The price is based on buyer's specific requirements, quote details will be provided upon receipt of the following information:

1) Shop drawing / window or door schedule to show the window dimensions, quantity and open type;

2) Frame color for window / door.

3) Glass type, thickness (single or double, tempered or laminated) and color  clear, tinted, frosted, reflective, Low-E).

2.Q: What is the Standard Size for the windows and doors ?

A: All windows and doors are CUSTOM, we always make windows and door according to clients's dimensions.

3.Q: How long it takes for Delivery ?

A: About 25 working days after drawing and down payment confirmed.

4.Q: What Payment Terms will you accept ?

A: T/T or Western Union, 40% down payment and the balance payment before shipment.

5.Q: What is your Warranty for windows and doors ? 

A: 10-year quality warranty is provided.

6.Q: What kind of service will you offer ?

A: Engineering and supervising service is available to guide windows and doors' installation.                

7.Q: What will you do if sending me the Wrong windows?

A: ZESTOP will send you the Shop Drawing to confirm the windows Drawing before production. if send you the wrong windows, ZESTOP will replace you a new one freely

8.Q: This is my first time to import windows/Doors, I don’t know how to import? 

A: One stop service provide.ZESTOP have over 6 years on exporting, we can do the importing for you. Save your time and money both.

9.Q: Could you provide sample for testing quality?

A: Yes. The sample is available. But normally client will be fin charge to the express cost.

10.Q: Can you accept you OEM or ODM?

A: Yes,We can produce products according to customer’s requirements and accept customized design.
